Chop the onion fine and fry in plenty of oil, about half a cup per person, although it may take less if you do not like greasy food. It adds a pinch of salt, mushrooms and rice, and stir for a minute, maso less. Add the water and let simmer until all water has been absorbed. Serve hot.
