Ingredients:
  • Mushrooms (I used oyster mushrooms)
  • Small Potatoes Parsley Oil
  • Garlic Mustard Salt

Preparation:

Chop finely the garlic and pour in the oil with the parsley and mustard, stir and let stand. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms to remove dirt and cut. Ingredients:

For the meatballs:
  • Rice and beans cooked and cold (you can change both with other cereals or legumes, such as lentils and soybeans)
  • Garlic Parsley
  • soy sauce (optional) Salt
  • Flour Oil
For the sauce: Potatoes
  • Pepper Onion Chopped tomato
  • Sal
Oil Preparation: In
mixing bowl and mash the rice, beans, garlic and finely chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, soy sauce and flourna and a drizzle of oil until a paste is easy to handle with bare hands. Are formed dough balls and fry in very hot oil and reserve. Before frying the meatballs they can be dipped in flour.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and finely chop the onion and bell pepper. In a bowl with a little oil, fry the potatoes, and when most are done is add the onion and pepper and some salt. When the potatoes are fried and pepper and the onion soft, add the chopped tomato and let it reduce a bit. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer a bit.
