- Small Potatoes Parsley Oil
- Garlic Mustard Salt

Chop finely the garlic and pour in the oil with the parsley and mustard, stir and let stand. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms to remove dirt and cut. Smeared a baking tray with some of the oil mixture and place over potato slices. Here are placed on top of potatoes mushrooms, is distributed over the rest of the mixture d
